Totality PS securely connects printers, scanners and web applications. Desktop PCs and mobile devices can both have the reliability and quality of PDF printing & scanning without installing any special software. Totality PS is the only solution that provides both advanced print and scan functionality and works with all standard web application technologies.

Java and .NET web applications can now have the reliability and quality of PDF printing & scanning with control of settings such as paper tray selection and # of copies. Scan paper documents to small, secure PDF or DOCX (Microsoft Word) files.

Print Features

• Print Microsoft Word, PDF and image content using reliable, high quality PDF.
• Print from mobile devices like the iPhone, iPad & Android phones.
• Web app can initiate and control the printing instead of requiring the user to manually control printing.
• Users don't need Adobe Acrobat and don't need to know how to print from it.
• Print status messages are sent back to the web app and can be displayed to the user as desired.
• Web app can control # of copies & other print settings.
• Paper tray selection can be made on a page-by-page basis if desired.
• Web app users don't need to install any printer drivers on their own machines.
• Web app users can print to remote printers.
• Control which printers are visible to the user.
• Control what can be printed on a user-by-user basis.

Scan Features

• Scan paper to small, high quality PDF or Secure DOCX files.
• Works with any TWAIN-enabled scanner or copier.
• Add existing PDF or Microsoft Word content to scanned documents.
• Initiate scanning using mobile devices like the iPhone, iPad & Android phones.
• Web app Users don't need to install any scanner drivers on their own machines.
• Web app users can scan from remote scanners.
• Control which scanners are visible to the user.

Configurations

Totality PS can be used with any Web app that has Totality Connector, with Totality Content Server, or any combination of the two.

System Requirements:

• Operating System: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003/2008.
• Memory: 512 MB min, 1 GB recommended.
• Scan: Twain-enabled scanner.
